#11 - Am I really getting that old?

Guys, guys, I received my first jury summons in the mail today! :D I feel so grown-up.

So far, I've failed rather spectacularly at keeping the schedule I created for myself. But I'm not too depressed by it, mainly because, well, it's only the 6th of January. Can't expect drastic changes on the double, can we? However, I've been good with keeping up on the readings in my copy of The Intellectual Devotional (why, yes, I am a nerd, why do you ask?), and on Friday night/going into Saturday morning, I did some art-related stuff. I went through my two main binders of pencil sketches, looking for stuff that I could put in a binder that I could show off at a theoretical Artists' Alley exhibition*, and I did some quick sketchings inspired by the shit stuff that I forgot I had. And today was reading day, and I finished a book while at a boring family party, so hurrah! Sunday is my rest day, so let's see what I do to amuse myself then.

After watching Dane Cook: Vicious Circle, I will never listen to the 8-bit Super Mario Bros. theme the same way ever again.
